National Engineering was founded in 1999 by two architects frustrated with poor service from other engineering firms. They felt that the engineers that had been serving them weren’t delivering projects on time, weren’t staying to the agreed fee structure, and the work lacked the quality that they felt their projects deserved. When Rich Jones was brought on board to manage the firm he stated “Let me get this straight, the business plan is do what I say am going to do, when I say I’m going to do it, and for what I agreed to... I think I can handle that.” The architects have not been affiliated with the firm since 2003, but the founding basis of our services has never changed.
